The nicely decorated room & clean bathroom. A good choice of facilities like: a multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a writing table. Amazing location for my purposes. A good choice of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue❤

The staff was very kind and polite - we would use them next time. It had a marvellous location adjacent to a wonderful sanctuary, the medina and Chefchaouen. We ate at the in-house restaurant.

Guests can enjoy delightful food and exceptional service thanks to the in-house restaurant. Its central location makes it easy to access the port, and the sensational breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. Plus, it's easy to reach the karst gallery from here.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, good bathroom and satellite television, climate control and a personal safe in the room. Great and stunning location near the Kasbah and Medina, the kasbah and central walking location and both the Petit and Grand Socco.

I chose Riad Mokhtar due to its convenient location near the Place de la Kasbah and Dar-el-Makhzen, as I wanted to visit these landmarks. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent amenities, such as free in-room WiFi and laundry facilities. The bar at the hotel was also a nice addition, allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring Tangier. I really enjoyed the daily continental breakfasts offered at Riad Mokhtar, providing a great start to my mornings.
I firmly believe that staff training is required at Riad Mokhtar. On arrival, we had to ring the bell multiple times before someone came to open up, and the place looked desolate.

The nearby roads made it so easy for me to get to the Marshan Palace and explore the city center. I loved basking in the sunlight on the sunny terrace on the top floor. And the free wifi was great for staying connected.
Just loved having a fire extinguisher in my room, such a comforting touch!

Our stay at Riad Mokhtar was simply exceptional. The attention to detail and beautiful decor made for a truly luxurious experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with how they handled a situation when my partner fell ill. They not only prepared special food for her and arranged for a masseuse to come to our room, but they also had medication brought to us. It's during times like these that you truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and beautiful accommodations.

The hotel's decoration is really beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful, always eager to assist us with any requests we had. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and restaurants. the water pressure in the shower was great, and the full-size bottles of water they provided were a nice touch.
The WiFi in the rooms could be improved, as the signal was a bit weak at times. the staff could benefit from more training in terms of providing information about the area and tourist attractions.
